Sen. Hillary Clinton will become the second member of her family to have a crack at reaching an Israeli-Palestinian peace settlement. Bill Clinton was close in 2000 only to have the clock run out on his presidency even as he seemed close to wearing down the Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat.
